    Amy (at the Quest inWalmart) was very pleasant, professional and engaging. Her friendly smile made merelax and who isn’t alittle uptight when they’re going toget stuck? Ihighly recommend this Quest location for 60yr old “chickens” like meand for anyone else who istaking lab tests.

        Always had apleasant experience when Imade appointments ahead oftime. Fast and courteous staff. They still require mask which isa little annoying but Igetit. The app isgreat toget real time results for bloodwork/labs.

          I had tocome into domy 3hour glucose test for pregnancy. Highly recommend ifyou doa walkin, get there first thing inthe morning at7am. Itgets very busy by9am and you could bewaiting anhour.

          If you don’t want todo that then set upa appointment! They come first. Even though iwas there for 3hours, had agood experience. Took myblood with noproblem all 4times! Definitely suggest this location.

              The nurse that drew myblood was fantastic. Ihad areally bad experience atanother location but this person was excellent and drew blood seamlessly free ofpain. She was great onthe admin side. That said Iwould give quest a0/5ifI could. I’ve been going here for years and they literally put patients ina room closed off from the office assoon asyou enter business. Everyone isconfused cattle and more isput onpatient with literally nocustomer care. Every year I’ve gone here they’ve cut something out and put more onnurses who have the most important job and patients. They would not dothis ifthey were doctors. Which tells you alot about quests mission.– show

                  Go tothisone. The lady that did myblood work was very gentle, comforting, and fast. Igot in5minutes after myappointment. The people waiting were inandout.
                  I went tothe other quest onhwy77, and itwas packed and Iwaited 45minutes after myappointment before Igaveup. And there isn’t abathroom inthere, whereas Walmart hasone.

                    I have never had any issues atthis location even asa walkin.I have always been treated very well.I have found the staff atthis quest location tobe extremely kind,professional and very efficient.I have myblood tested twice amonth and never ever have Ihad abad experience.

                      I got Vanessa thisAM. I'm not agood patient and Iget nervous. Iliterally never felt the needle. Smooth and easy. Iwas inand out in10mins. Myfave girl Caroline isn't there anymore soI amglad Ifound Vanessa!

                        I've been tomany different Quest labs, and inall honestly the process isremarkably quick and easy. The big issue iswith their awful scheduling. Itried toschedule onthe website, but kept receiving errors that the time slot isno longer available, itdoes this with every selection. Igave upand tried again afew days later, with the same result.

                        I was able tocall into schedule anappointment with the automated system (it gave methe time slot that Ihad selected onthe computer but w

                        as told it's not available). Now I'm trying toverify the appointment time, but when Igo online itsays “we cannot retrieve appointments made byphone”. Well good news, that's the only way you can schedule appointments, sooverall the website isuseless.

                        I tried calling the clinic toverify mytime, but instead Iget anhour long introduction that Ican't skip. Once Ican finally hit buttons, ittells methe lines are busy and tocall later before hangingup.

                        So, Ihave anappointment tomorrow. When itis, who knows, who cares, they don't. Ihaven't been tothis clinicyet, but based onhow awful their appointment systemis, they will be2-star atbest.

                        UPDATE: I'll goahead and switch this to3stars. Iwas able tofind aworking number through customer service onthe main quest website. The actual “going tohave blood drawn” part ofthe appointment couldn't besmoother, Iwas called inright atmy appointment time and walking out the door 7minutes later. Ifonly they could figure out their scheduling issues, this would easily be5stars. This has been anissue for years honestly soI'm going toassume they just don't care about that part.

                          Long wait times, nasty attitude ofone ofthe staff when asked asimple question. Blame long wait onbeing short staffed, that’s understandable but don’t get anattitude when asked how much longer doa person have towait. Should hire awhole new staff maybe the ones there are over work with anasty attitude.

                            I would most definitely recommend going toanother lab testing facility other than this one such asLab Corp. Quest isthe type ofcompany that would give you needless charges that your insurance company would never pay for and ontop ofall that they are unwilling toeven pick upthe phone for your insurance company and work things out with them and try tobill you these ridiculous charges while bypassing your insurance completely. Itgot tothe point where myInsurance company (Blue Cross Blue Shield) flat out told meto nogo toQuest anymore cause apparently I’m not the only one having problems with them, sothey advised meto gowith Lab Corp asthey donot practice insuch adeceitfulway.– show

                                  Headsup: Goahead and save yourself the time and aggravation and just goto the QUEST onthe beach. Iwill repeat itagain: itis well worth the drive 20minutes away togo tothe beach location, they have agreat staff there. This isabsolutely not the case with the Lynn Haven location.

                                    Employees always look for excuse not tohelp you and not toperform any work. Have had toleave ontwo different occasions. Ifthere attitude and customer service isthisbad, why should Iexpect any quality lab work performed?
                                    Can anyone recommend adecent lab nearby?

                                      I have read some bad posts about this place but not much recent. Icame inneeding some bloodwork ona Saturday asa walk-in and was seen fairly quickly. Ihad agreat experience and appreciate being seen asa walk-in. The other appointment times available the rest ofthe week were not going towork forme.

                                        If Icould give this place azero stars Iwould. You only get decent service once ina blue moon. I've come here several times and only had one good experience. Here recently all you get ishorrible attitude and poor service from the staff. Maybe they should find adifferent profession that doesnt involve dealing with customers first hand. Ihope myexperience atthe other location will bemuch better than the ones I've been having here. But honestly Ithink whoever isin charge ofthis company should reevaluate their employees and their attitudes.– show

                                          Staff was completely friendly and amazing! Ihave bad anxiety when itcomes togetting blood work done! Iwas out atease bythe staff member who was there todo mywork! She was sonice and understanding that Iwas nervous and just talked tome and kept mecalm! THANKYOU!
